HMSA Quest Enhancement Bonus In 2019, HMSA will continue to pay the QUEST Enhancement Bonus to PCPs and obstetricians who attested by December 2018. Payment will be based on claims with designated evaluation and management codes. The enhanced payment is usually made about one month after the close of the quarter. The payment for the first quarter of 2019 will be made in late April 2019. If a PCP did not attest in 2018, there is no need to contact HMSA to attest or register in 2019. The enhanced payment will be made available to all eligible PCPs once 2019 funding from the state has been assured. If you have any questions, please contact Tiffany Pa, HMSA Provider Engagement Lead, at tiffany_pa@hmsa.com.
