IPA Bonus Bucks Program   At Tuesday’s Super Huddle meeting, we announced that special IPA bonuses will be given to providers who continue to participate in HMSA’s Payment Transformation Program and are current as of December 1, 2017.  A point system is being established to award bonus payments before the end of the year based on: 1) Meeting attendance, 2) 24/7 access (need to attest and complete questionnaire attached), 3) Whether office follows up with a call, email or appointment after patients’ ER visits, and 4) Completion of communication survey attached. Amount awarded will depend upon projected IPA surplus at year end, points earned and number of HMSA patients. More details about the point system will be forthcoming.

Marynell Vitales, our new Patient Services Coordinator, will be stopping by your offices on Friday, September 22, to see how she can help identify and contact diabetic patients needing referrals/support. Please contact her if you have any questions at mvitales@ehiipa.com.
