Please scan and email the signature pages to us or drop off at our office. We can pick it up as well. Along with the agreement was an NDTR data processing form. CPC+ Clinical Managers Small Group Workshop – Tuesday, March 7- Noon-1:15PM at the EHI Office. In response to requests, we are holding a small group session for Clinical Managers responsible for overseeing CPC+ in your office. Physicians are also welcome. Space is limited—first come, first served. Flyer attached.
Non-CPC+ Providers with Medicare Patients We encourage you to sign up for the National Rural Accountable Care Consortium’s Payment Transformation Network’s (PTN) Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI). If you sign up, they will provide education and some services including access to Lightbeam. This is a free program funded by federal grant monies to support rural communities. This group is planning a workshop in April in Hilo but you will need to be a part of their program to participate. Details on the workshop to follow.

EUTF Open Enrollment March & April DatesHMSA has asked EHI IPA to participate on behalf of the PO for the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) Open Enrollment sessions. IPA provider members & staff can volunteer to be PO representatives and can be good promotion for offices accepting new patients. IPA staff will also be there—Flyer attached.
