Medical Group and Management Services Organization (MSO) LLC Formation   Members (providers) and their business partners are invited to attend a meeting on Wednesday, October 17 at 6:00 PM to hear about the opportunity to form a Medical Group that employs providers and establish an MSO LLC to provide business support to the Group and members at large.  Meeting will review Medical Group participation requirements and MSO services available to members. KTA Flu Clinic @ EHI IPA Office – Thursdays, October 11 & 18, 11:30 AM-3:00 PM   Send your patients to the IPA office at 670 Ponahawai St., Ste. 117 to get their free flu shots from KTA pharmacy! Please ask them to bring their insurance card and IDs. If you need card reminders to give to your patients, please let Joyce know at jvitales@ehiipa.com. HMSA Measure – Accepting NEW Patients + Demographics    HMSA is asking EHI IPA providers to complete and submit the attached form by: Thursday, October 4 (updated quarterly). This form indicates whether your practice is accepting NEW HMSA patients for EACH line of business along with updated office demographics. We would also like to know if you are accepting new patients for carriers other than HMSA. Offices that still need to submit forms are:
