East Hawaii IPA Member Retreat   This is a critical meeting to discuss the future of the IPA. This is an opportunity for you to provide input about your practice needs, what you think the IPA’s role should be and whether it makes sense at this time to become a closely integrated group.  An anonymous survey will be sent to all members in advance of the meeting. If you haven’t yet RSVP’d, Board members will reach out to you to encourage your attendance. CPC+ Amended Participation Agreements (PA) Due December 1, 2017   On October 16, your practice point of contact received an email from CPC+ Support that included three attachments: 1) the Amended and Restated CPC+ PA, 2) Amended and Restated PA Guidance, and 3) Program Year (PY) 2 Care Delivery Requirement Guidance. You must sign and return the Amended and Restated PA to CPC+ Support no later than December 1, 2017. Failure to do so could jeopardize your practice’s ability to receive Medicare data feedback. If you did not receive this update or if you need assistance with the Amended and Restated PA, please contact CPC+ Support at 1-888-372-3280 or CPCPlus@telligen.com.
