Medical Group and Management Services Organization (MSO) LLC Formation37 providers attended a meeting at the East Hawaii IPA office on October 17 to learn about EHI IPA’s plans for supporting the formation of a medical group and an MSO (management services organization) LLC. The Board is inviting interested members to sign a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) to participate which includes a non-refundable $2000 deposit. Those who sign the LOI will have the opportunity to define how the group will be governed and operated. The deadline for signing the LOI is Friday, November 2, 2018, at 5:00 PM. If you would like a copy of the presentation slides and LOI, please contact Jane at jbontuyan@ehiipa.com (808-797-3113).
