HMSA Payment Transformation Coreo Attribution Problem Fixed   HMSA’s COREO system experienced a “glitch” which dropped attributed members from PCP panels. Medical Group and Management Service Organization (MSO) LLC Formation    Members (providers) and their business partners are invited to attend a meeting on Wednesday, October 17, at 6:00 PM to hear about the opportunity to form a Medical Group that employs providers and establish an MSO LLC to provide business support to the Group and members at large. HMSA PCP Engagement Measure – Ecosystem Referrals   This measure for Payment Transformation providers will be available to submit attestation on Coreo at the end of October. Requirement for compliance is confirmation & description of referrals to programs in the community submitted via an attestation form in Coreo by the end of the measurement year (12/31/18). Each PCP needs to identify which program patients were referred to, then estimate the number of members they referred to those programs.
