HMSA Payment Transformation Attribution Lists   We have repeatedly asked HMSA to provide us with the attributed patient lists for April and also indicate which patients were added or dropped from your panel. Nahea Brenneman, EHI’s representative, has returned from medical leave and sent us these lists. HMC Training Session #2: Accessing Information on Your Patients Admitted to Hilo Medical Center (HMC)   Join us for a second training session with Erin Moniz, Clinical Analyst Educator, at the EHI Office on Tuesday, May 30, 12:00-1:30 p.m. Training will show how to view information on your patients admitted to Hilo Medical Center through their Meditech HealthConnect System. *Preference goes to provider offices who did not attend the first training session on May 16. Those who attended May 16 are welcome to join again. There will be more time for individual questions. Please feel free to join us for a refresher.  RSVP attached.

HHIE Training Session #2: Getting EHR Access for Patients Admitted to the Hospital   Join us for a webinar session with Rebecca Burton and Jofred Aviles from Hawaii Health Information Exchange (HHIE) on Thursday, June 1, 12:00-1:30 p.m. Webinar link will be sent prior to the session. This training will show how to access health record information on your patients admitted to Queen’s, Hawaii Pacific Health (Kapi‘olani, Straub, Pali Momi, Wilcox) and Castle Hospitals as well as lab information. Those who attended the session on May 16 are welcome to join this webinar for a refresher or to ask more individual questions.  RSVP attached.

Sustaining Improvement Workshop #3 – Tuesday, June 6 – Noon-1:15PM   This workshop will be for CPC+ practices and focused on “after visit” activities and follow-up items from previous workshops. We will also share current IPA initiated care management/coordination initiatives. Please RSVP.
