Annual Meeting and Election EHI IPA’s Annual Meeting & Election will be held on Wednesday, April 26, at 5:30 PM at ‘Imiloa. Attached is the meeting announcement and candidate list. If you cannot attend the meeting, you may request an absentee ballot. Absentee ballots must be received at the EHI office by April 21.
CPC+ Offices Contact Person In order to streamline communications, please give us the name of ONE staff member in your office to serve as the KEY CPC+ representative for your office (in addition to the physician). Please send an email to Joyce (jvitales@ehiipa.com) with the staff person’s name, email and direct phone number by March 15.
RSVPs Because our office meeting space is limited, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT EVERYONE RSVP FOR MEETINGS. A number of people show up without RSVPing. In the future, we will confirm your RSVP/registration by phone.If you DO NOT receive a call from us in advance, please check to see if we received your RSVP.In the future, we will turn away anyone who has not registered in advance. Super Huddle on March 14 HMSA will bring their photographer to a headshot photo for your Sharecare provider account. The headshots will be used to enhance the provider’s profile on the “Find a Doctor” tool on both the Sharecare site and phone app. For the future, HMSA envisions the physicians having the ability to use the tool to engage their patients and possibly interact with them via secure messaging or even through telehealth. Updating the profiles on Sharecare is an engagement metric for the PCPs, along with providing an email address and logging into the system to validate your profiles. NON-CPC+ Provider with Medicare Patients We highly encourage non-CPC+ providers to sign up for National Rural Accountable Care Consortium’s Payment Transformation Network (PTN). They will be hosting a workshop in Hilo on April 25th. Only PTN providers who are signed up with the PTN program can attend the workshop. There is no cost to participating in the PTN program.
