June HMSA Payment Transformation Attribution Lists Payment Transformation providers were sent links to download HMSA June attribution lists for all lines of business showing members who were added or deleted from your panels. Tiffany Pa, newly-hired HMSA Provider Services Coordinator based in Hilo, is willing to research reason(s) why patients were deleted or added to your patient lists. Tiffany is available to visit your office to review your HMSA engagement and quality performance measures. Ecosystem Referral Resources Jane Bontuyan at the IPA office is compiling a binder and web site library of resources in the community to support the health and wellness of patients. This Ecosystem Resource Binder will be available to all Payment Transformation providers and on our member website portal. It includes handy referral forms, handouts, contact numbers, addresses, etc. Jane is interested in receiving feedback from you before the first edition is printed.
