Non-CPC+ Providers We strongly encourage Non-CPC+ Providers with Medicare patients participate in the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI’s) Payment Transformation Network (PTN) sponsored by the National Rural Accountable Care Organization (Caravan Health).
