CPC+ HMSA IHMS (PMSO) Contracts & 2nd Quarter Invoices Physicians who signed the HMSA PMSO Agreement for CPC+ Services will receive an invoice and a revised agreement. The IPA will organize a meeting next week Tuesday for these providers to review and discuss the agreement. Date and time of the meeting has been sent.
