Medicare MIPS Individual Office Consultation   Consultants from Mountain-Pacific Quality Health will be visiting non-CPC+ offices needing help with Merit Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) reporting. This is for PCPs with more than 100 Medicare Part B patients and > $30K in annual Medicare billings. The one-on-one individual office consulting visits are in addition to the MIPS workshop on Tuesday, September 5 (see below). Diabetes Management – ECO System Healthcare Referral   KTA Pharmacy was recently credentialed to provide ongoing diabetes education workshops for patients. More details about this program will follow. In the meantime, if you have patients that you think might be interested, please FAX a list to Jane in the EHI IPA Office. East Hawaii IPA 21st Symposium A Success!!!! Mahalo to all who participated in and supported the Symposium held from August 18-20 at the Fairmont Orchid in Waikoloa. 15 national and local presenters spoke on the theme:  “Teamwork: The Key to Healthcare Innovation and Improvement.” There were a total of 234 attendees and 34 exhibitors. The conference was credentialed by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) for 11.5 CME credits. Below is a photo of IPA members at the conference.
